To ensure that all import orders for the Clicks Group are placed and shipped on-time and in full, within the best possible lead times and at the lowest cost, ensuring compliance to all legislative requirements.
Job Objectives:
- To complete Clearing Instructions within agreed KPI's and send to Logistics Service Provider for Customs Clearance.
- To create Child PO's within the agreed timeframe.
- To upload all Import Documents on Document Management System.
- To follow up with Vendor and Logistic Service Provider on outstanding Import Documents.
- To follow up on outstanding Original Bills of Ladings
- To follow up on outstanding EU1 Certificates
- To track vessel ETA changes and amend vessel ETA dates in ERP system.
- To keep Categories teams abreast of all Purchase Orders that are delayed as a result of custom stops, inclement weather etc.
- To follow up and facilitate/fast track deliveries of containers into DC.
- To ensure that all samples (export and imports) are cleared and delivered to and from head office within the agreed timeframes.
