  • Oversee the consistency of the employer brand voice and visual identity across all internal and external communications and recruitment touchpoints.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key external partners such as universities, industry associations, and diversity & inclusion organizations to expand talent pipelines and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze employer brand sentiment and reputation, implementing proactive strategies to address feedback and continuously improve brand perception.
  • Leverage employee advocacy programs to amplify authentic employee stories and experiences, fostering a strong internal brand culture.

Data Analysis, Insights & Process Optimization :

  • Generate, analyze, and interpret complex recruitment and talent branding data to provide actionable insights on key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, engagement rates, candidate diversity).
  • Develop and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic adjustments.

HelloKindred is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a dual role that combines hands-on recruitment with team leadership. You’ll manage your own requisitions while also coaching and supporting a small, distributed regional recruiting team. It’s ideal for someone who loves both the strategic side of talent and the energy of day-to-day delivery—and wants to play a key role in shaping how we attract talent in the region.

What you will do :

Lead and Support a High-Performing TA Team

  • Coach and guide regional recruiters to hit hiring goals and grow professionally
  • Set priorities, manage workload, and ensure smooth delivery across live roles
  • Champion best practices and compliance with local laws and internal processes
  • Act as the regional point of contact for global TA leadership

Own Key Hires and Deliver Quality Recruitment

  • Personally manage the end-to-end recruitment process for critical regional roles
  • Build strong pipelines for marketing, creative, tech, and comms talent
  • Drive great candidate experiences from outreach to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor

Engage Stakeholders and Elevate Hiring

  • Build relationships with hiring managers and internal business partners
  • Align hiring with business growth goals and client needs
  • Represent our employer brand positively in the market

Track, Report, and Improve

  • Monitor recruiting KPIs and team performance
  • Share regular updates with the global TA team on wins, challenges, and opportunities

Qualifications

5-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least some in team leadership.

Experience recruiting in agency or global environments.

Strong track record hiring in marketing, creative, tech, or communications fields.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.

Comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Working knowledge of South African employment compliance.

A proactive leader who leads by example and thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bash, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent to fuel our growth. Partnering with hiring leads, you’ll craft strategic hiring campaigns while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. We need a proactive recruiter with sharp sourcing skills, a knack for selling Bash’s vision, and experience scaling teams in competitive markets. Your expertise in tech/business hiring and employer branding will directly shape our success.

Ideal candidate: Agency or in-house recruiting background, data-driven hiring approach, and passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years experience in 360 degree recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practice.
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Strong orientation on recruiting KPI's.
  • 3+ years candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
What you'll do:
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification
  • Work with the business and HR to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques
Competencies:
  • Ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
  • Demonstrable ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
  • Ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Ability to leverage internal sources of talent and identify top performers for senior-level openings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
