As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bash, you’ll own end-to-end recruitment—sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent to fuel our growth. Partnering with hiring leads, you’ll craft strategic hiring campaigns while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. We need a proactive recruiter with sharp sourcing skills, a knack for selling Bash’s vision, and experience scaling teams in competitive markets. Your expertise in tech/business hiring and employer branding will directly shape our success.
Ideal candidate: Agency or in-house recruiting background, data-driven hiring approach, and passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in 360 degree recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practice.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
- Strong orientation on recruiting KPI's.
- 3+ years candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification
- Work with the business and HR to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques
- Ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
- Demonstrable ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
- Ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
- Ability to leverage internal sources of talent and identify top performers for senior-level openings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
