Project:
They are seeking two Analysts – one dedicated to Distributed Generation (DG) and one to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Both roles will support origination, structuring, and execution of projects and transactions, while working closely with senior team members. This is a dynamic opportunity that provides hands-on exposure to financial modelling, due diligence, project finance, and deal execution, and will play a key role in advancing the company's 400 MW/year financial close target and long-term 1.6 GW pipeline.

The ideal candidates will bring 3–5 years' experience with a strong preference for backgrounds in renewable energy or Independent Power Producers (IPPs). Candidates from investment banking, corporate finance, or lending institutions will also be considered, provided they have demonstrable exposure to renewable energy transactions. **Key Deliverables:

Project & Transaction Support**

  • Support origination, structuring, and execution of renewable energy projects and M&A transactions.
  • For DG Analyst: conduct due diligence on greenfield projects, including site assessments, grid connection analysis, and early-stage project evaluation.
  • For M&A Analyst: support acquisitions of operational platforms, reviewing opportunities and conducting technical/financial analysis of targets.
  • Consolidate and analyse information for project teams, providing research and evaluation to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing investment committee materials, project information memoranda (PIMs), and teasers.
