  • Represent the business as a 18.1 representative

Performance Management

  • Perform the duties as a ELCONOP1, ELCONOP2 as and when required
  • Daily Plan of the day, set out work to be done with team and manage work efficiency of site teams
  • Daily site access - ensure containers, stores, laydowns and roof access is opened and secured every day.
  • Daily site inspection - walk the site & inspect for safety hazards before work can commence
  • Weekly – attend construction meetings as required
  • Monthly asset register - submit last Friday of the month by COB
  • Daily - manage compliance to technical specifications
  • Daily – set daily targets for Team Leaders (as per project schedule)
  • Daily - submit a 1 day look ahead to the site management team
  • Weekly - submit a 1 week look ahead to the site management team
  • Ensure Site Daily Plan of the day, ensure team understand tasks and resource requirements for work to be done
  • Clerk executes their duties per the job description

Quality Assurance and Control

  • Manage quality – complete milestone checklists and present to construction management team during the project and at the end of the project.

Project Reporting

  • Weekly by COB on a Friday –
  • Send photos to the site management team per roof showing progress
