1.Technical support

·Supply ongoing in-field technical support to internal and external clients of Afrivet Business Management and Afrivet Training Services

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and assisting with small, large animals and wildlife surgical procedures;
  • Theatre management and practice with emphasis on proper knowledge of surgical procedures, correct handling and care of instruments, theatre hygiene, maintenance of equipment, stock control, orders (pharmaceuticals, medical, prostheses and implants and cleaning and biosecurity products);
