- Lead and deliver on the strategy by empowering a multifunctional management team to execute set functional objectives and targets. Monitor results and steer the business and team to attain success. Maximize team performance through ensuring the best use and allocation of resources.
- Optimize business profitability across omni-channel retailing, through superior customer and employee experiences, leveraging data-informed decision making, a strong stable supply chain, and capability, strategy, and processes for an efficient flow of goods from concept to consumer.
- Optimize and deliver on all set KPIs including:
- Financial targets (including ROCE)
- Budget forecasting, control, and expense management
- Inventory management
- Business transformation targets
- Supply Chain / Procurement strategy (including local manufacture targets)
- E-Commerce trading targets
- Customer acquisition, location, and expansion strategy

- Minimum 10 years working experience at a senior management level, preferably with cross-functional management experience.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Exceptional financial acumen, analytical ability, and a solid understanding of retail business mechanics that drive all KPIs.

- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
