    Strategic Planning

    Brand Management

    Campaign Management

    • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

    Market Research and Analysis

    • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
    • Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports on market conditions, campaign performance, and customer feedback.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and community organizations.
    • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and community activities.
    • Maintain a communication channel to the Managing Director and ensure that the Managing Director is kept current and informed on all aspects of Sales and Marketing that have any direct or indirect impact on:
    • Business acquisition.
    • Business retention.
    • Managing Client satisfaction.
    • Provide Marketing and Sales support to all entities.
    • Marketing organization.

    Budget Management

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor expenditures and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
    • Assist in achieving Revenue and LC targets in all activities.
    • Monitor and periodically report on prospecting and revenue performance, detecting reasons for shortfalls, if any, and taking measures to correct these situations.

    Digital Marketing

    • Oversee digital marketing strategies, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Ensure the company’s online presence is strong, engaging, and aligns with brand values.
    • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
    • Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that company and group policies are implemented in Sales and Marketing
    • Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the management system.

    Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.

    • A tertiary qualification in marketing and sales.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

The Senior Project Manager delivers quality market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of client satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager is an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish, in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. The Senior Project Manager will work within a team of several other project managers reporting to one of their Client Experience Managers.

The shift for this position aligns with US business hours in Central Time, which equates to 3pm - 12am SAT from March to November and 4pm - 1am SAT from November to March.

The Marketing Automation Specialist contributes to the organizational goals by ensuring the effective planning and execution of the Enterprise’s Customer Marketing Strategy and against set objectives, targets and budgets, with a clear focus on maximizing customer value through engagement. This includes all Customer Relationship Marketing journey communication, marketing tactical campaigns, upsell and cross-sell campaigns, across the STI brands and 1Life brands on all channels with the purpose to create customer loyalty and advocacy, increase retentions, increase share of wallet and longer survival rate for higher customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Duties & Responsibilities

Job responsibilities/Key performance areas:

  • Marketing Automation system specialist that creates and executes customer campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform such as lead nurturing, welcome and onboarding sequences, re-engagement, upsell and cross-sell, boost customer engagement and the overall customer experience through tactical campaigns, and improve retention through retention workflows.
  • Manage and execution of multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders for the strategic planning, development and timely execution of integrated, top to bottom of the funnel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive acquisition, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including: Customer Relationship Marketing, Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Analytics and Business Intelligence for campaign continuity.
  • Ensure consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets and design, messaging.
  • Run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to optimise performance.
  • Track campaign and program results and report metrics, and tweak workflows accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and data.
  • Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical guidance when required on how to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Diploma or equivalent on Marketing Automation strategy and implementation.

Essential:

  • A minimum of three to five years’ hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience.
  • Previous role experience working with any marketing automation platform, e.g. SAS 360, Adobe or Salesforce. Specialist credential required.
  • Digital design experience and or understanding of HTML coding.

Skills and Competencies
