    Social Media Manager – Fourways, Johannesburg.

    As Social Media Manager, you’ll take the lead on developing and executing digital strategies across a portfolio of diverse brands and business units. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, perfect for someone with sharp instincts, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to balance content creation, analytics, and brand voice with ease.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar.
    • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other key platforms.
    • Hands-on experience creating, scheduling, and managing posts across platforms.
    • Experience with paid ad campaigns, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
    • Ability to brief content creators, collaborate with videographers, and maintain brand consistency.
    • Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone, language, and digital engagement.
    • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and creative judgment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across B2B and B2C audiences.
    • Build and manage content calendars aligned with broader marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and content teams to brief and guide content creation.
    • Create engaging written, visual, and video content across platforms.
    • Track performance across platforms, analyse data, and report on KPIs.
    • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
    • Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging across all digital
      touchpoints.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery.
    • Manage community engagement, queries, and feedback across platforms.
