You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention for a UK-based B2B SaaS audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to a UK-based B2B SaaS market
  • Own and manage digital channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and paid ads
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize for CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create high-impact, value-driven content
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to improve lead nurturing and funnel performance
  • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign ROI
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies where needed
  • Create data-rich reports that translate performance into clear insights and actions

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong grasp of digital tools and performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, churn)

Overview

A leading global organisation dedicated to education and youth development is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (with a focus on Paid Media / Performance Marketing) to shape and drive digital marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. This is an exciting chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing, innovative organisation with a presence across several continents.

Based full-time in Johannesburg , you will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns spanning paid media, search, social, and other digital channels. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact results aligned with the organisation’s growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across Google, META, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Drive a test learn and invest approach to constantly improve performance and meet key business goals
  • Own campaign performance reporting and ensure alignment with marketing KPIs and business targets
  • Lead campaign innovation by staying informed on the evolving performance marketing landscape
  • Manage and grow a team of junior performance marketing executives
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Oversee campaign budgeting forecasting invoicing reconciliation and follow-up reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance channels
  • Previous agency experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across PPC social SEO and display
  • Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and data fluency to guide strategic decisions
  • Experience working with global brands and adapting campaigns for regional markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12

Skills and Competencies:
