Duties and Responsibilities

- Control and investigate stock transactions, allocations, movement, and adjustments.
- Full responsibility of the following points: Variance report; Reconciling of monthly stock as well as stock in transit; Actual stock counts; Factory claims; Adherence to stock procedures.
- Investigation and reconciliation of all identified inventory discrepancies
- FEFO principals
- Manage and monitor Stock at risk and highlighted to sales team for action.
- Control warehouse dumps.
- Control Regrade transaction.
- Track and trend cycle count losses daily.
- Monthly stock take, control, and compliance
- Daily spot checks
- Monitor daily stock availability to avoid trims.
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Control and submit Un-managed location.
- GIT managed and cleared.
- NQL movement postings done and submitted daily.
- Commentary on NQL done daily (stock pack)

Key Responsibilities:
