**The Position**
We are looking for an **Inventory Control Analyst** who ensures the absolute security, accuracy, and accountability of our site inventory through rigorous transaction documentation, process verification, and system review. In this role, you will own the execution and further development of replenishment strategies, lead physical stock counts, and resolve data discrepancies to support all site functions. You will act as a vital checkpoint, auditing incoming and outgoing shipments to guarantee quality while serving as a knowledgeable resource and guide for colleagues within the ground floor and 2nd-floor facilities.
The position requires an independent, proactive individual who thrives under minimal guidance, possesses an analytical mindset, and maintains a sharp attention to detail. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential to successfully align physical inventory with our digital systems and keep all stakeholders informed.
**The Opportunity**
**Inventory & Internal Requests**
+ **ERP Transactional Management:** Complete accurate ERP transactional receipting for both Lot and non-Lot tracked Inventory, as well as Non-Inventory materials for the site.
+ **Documentation & Compliance:** Retrieve supporting documentation (delivery notes, invoices, POs, CoAs, CoCs, etc.) from procurement or supplier websites to compile a complete record for QMS compliance. File, scan, and collaborate with the Finance department to facilitate vendor payments.
+ **Tracking & Allocation:** Track the monetary value of direct inventory materials on a monthly basis. Review internal requests for warehoused materials, allocate and physically hand them over to requestors, and complete matching ERP transactions.
**Warehousing & Equipment**
+ **Inbound Control:** Receive, inspect, and prioritize the distribution of direct/indirect materials, laboratory supplies, and raw materials. Ensure accurate quantities and perfect record-keeping.
+ **Stock & Space Optimization:** Label, physically manage, and control laboratory inventory and consumables. Arrange and optimize warehousing space, performing regular stock checks to ensure physical-to-electronic alignment.
+ **Equipment Coordination:** Act as the operational point of contact for incoming new equipment deliveries alongside receiving. Ensure items are physically received, logged, and routed to the correct technical teams or Quality Assurance for validation, tracking, and ongoing maintenance.
**Compliance, Quality & Feedback**
+ **ISO & QMS Compliance:** Ensure ISO procedures for raw material purchasing, receiving, and labeling remain relevant and up to date. Actively participate in CAPA and NCR processes to drive continuous improvement.
+ **Stakeholder Communication:** Proactively keep the Line Manager and Supply Chain stakeholders informed regarding demands exceeding supply, warehousing constraints, and operational challenges.
+ **Team & Training:** Maintain 100% compliance for required training. Build a team culture of excellence and collaborative spirit, acting as a functional resource for less experienced colleagues.
**Who You Are**
+ **Education:** Diploma in Logistics or Inventory Management is required. (A Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience will be accepted as an equivalent).
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of proven Inventory Control experience in a production/laboratory cold chain environment.
+ **Systems & Technical Knowledge:** At least 2 years of experience and a full understanding of ERP system setup and maintenance (SAP/MRP logic). High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
+ **Quality & Logistics Systems:** Demonstrated knowledge of distribution processes, import/export activities, inventory management, and physical counting. Working knowledge of Quality Compliance Systems (NCRs, CRs, CAPA systems) is required.
+ **Core Competencies:** Strong planning and organizing abilities, acute attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving skills, accountability, and the ability to operate successfully within a complex matrix environment.
