Responsibilities- Opening Store: ensure the store is opened 15 minutes before the shift starts; ensure staff arrive on time and are dressed according to company uniform standards; conduct stock counts and emergency protocol checks with nurses; ensure the store is neat, clean and ready for trade.

- Administration and Filling: ensure templates are printed and available; manage drip slips, daily sheets, batch numbers and transaction details; complete manual consent forms, daily sheets, stock counts and emergency equipment checks; ensure daily cash-ups are accurate and properly filed; manage scheduler/roster for adequate staffing; process leave forms and payroll data submission; assist with accurate administrative invoice filing and controls.
- Cash Ups: enter all cash transactions into the My Appointment system; perform day-end cash-up with balance checks; report any over/under variations to the Franchise Partner; handle shortages and disallow force balancing; manage daily banking and store float, with notifications if below minimum (R3000); manage petty cash and supplier invoices for weekly submission to head office.
- Stock Management: maintain accurate stock levels; perform daily counts (Fagron Vials, consumables); place orders with suppliers on Monday mornings; follow up on late deliveries; reconcile invoices with deliveries; input delivered stock into the system; conduct monthly and weekly stock takes; report shortages to head office and avoid stock adjustments without Partner consent; inform head office of items nearing expiry.
- General: assist with reasonable store requests; report damaged fixtures/equipment; mentor and train staff on the company standards; communicate staff and client issues to head office; drive monthly and daily store targets.
