The Role:

We are looking for high-energy, persuasive and customer focused Retail Sales Associates , who will help create positive energy and excitement around our brand and products. You will be at the forefront of our mall-based kiosks, actively engaging with customers, educating them about our subscription model and driving sales. If you have a strong selling instinct and have worked in a target driven environment, then this position is for you!

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1. Actively approach and engage mall shoppers to introduce them to our subscription-based product offerings.
2. Educate customers about how our subscription model works, products and offers.
3. Assist customers with inquiries and concerns, providing clear and helpful information.
4. Ensuring you are 100% versed in daily operations with regard to verification and fulfillment procedures and guide customers accordingly.
5. Assist with set up and shut down as well as stock take to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times.
6. Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
7. Housekeeping duties and ensuring the sales area is clean and tidy at all times.
8. Being an ambassador for our brand and offering an amazing customer experience.
9. Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
2. 2 Years experience in retail and sales.
3. Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
4. Knowledge and experience in technology, retail and sales.
5. Experience and love for working in a target driven environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to drive sales, ensure excellent merchandising, and support retail partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments and a strong ability to develop business relationships.

• Conduct regular retail store visits, including all respective chain stores and other retail outlets.
• Ensure stock is displayed correctly, priced accurately, well-stocked, and that merchandising meets high standards.
• Display promotional material where permitted.
• Check and record batch (expiry) dates.
• Identify and document any damaged stock.
• Place orders on behalf of retail partners if they have not done so already.
• Answer retailer queries about product features and unique selling points (USPs).
• Assist retailers in purchase decisions based on sales history and customer behavior.
• Retrieve stock from the sales floor, stockroom, or other inventory locations (if permitted).
• Facilitate special orders, discounts, or promotional stock with management approval.
• Collect outstanding payments when necessary, particularly from small/independent retailers.
• Prepare and submit a Weekly Frozen Pizza Sales Report.
• Prepare and submit a Monthly Sales Summary at the end of each month.
• Actively grow sales and expand the B2B customer database.
• Support marketing efforts by scheduling and booking in-store activations and promotions.
• Attend and assist with the setup of store activations on Friday afternoons and/or Saturday mornings.
• Maintain communication and reporting with the Marketing and Management teams.

• Experience in FMCG
• Strong ability to cold call and pursue new business opportunities.
