Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production teams to ensure smooth shift operations Coordinate resources to meet production targets and delivery timelines Oversee health, safety, and quality compliance on the production floor Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for team members Conduct shift handovers, production meetings, and reporting as required Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow Support the implementation of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Requirements: Relevant diploma or degree in production, operations, or industrial management Proven experience in a production supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards applicable to industrial settings Effective leadership and communication skills Familiarity with modern production systems and performance tracking tools Willing to relocate and available to start within a negotiable timeframe Benefits Salary: negotiable.
