This position reports to the Value Chain Procurement Manager and will focus on the Supply Chain and Inventory Management of Accessory supply.

Inventory Control & Cycle Counting
- Prepare and execute daily cycle counts and monthly stock counts across raw, pack, and material components.
- Forecast inventory needs using historical usage trends and production plans.
- Investigate and resolve material variances in coordination with Sloc Owners.
- Set up and manage inventory control systems to prevent overstocking, stockouts, and obsolescence (e.g., slow-moving stock and expiry risks).
Damage & Quality Reporting
- Report and analyze damages promptly.
- Support the Quality team with reject processes and material upliftment workflows.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for quality-related returns and rejects.
Operational Support & Auditing
- Manage and audit the picking and return process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Fully support the team with materials handling, ensuring timely system transactions (e.g., GRN, 101, 933, 934, etc.).
- Monitor the decanting and rework output daily.
System & Process Improvement

The Logistics Coordinator supports the Cold Store Manager by executing day-to-day tasks
related to operational planning, scheduling, and client communication. This role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Instruction Management :
- Receive and log client instructions regarding product storage, handling, and dispatch.
- Verify and clarify client requirements with the Cold Store Manager when necessary.
- Ensure that instructions are accurately conveyed to relevant internal departments. All instructions must also be captured on the WMS system.
Operational Coordination :
- Schedule inbound and outbound shipments in alignment with client needs and operational capacity.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely execution of storage, inspections and dispatch activities.
- Input all required tasks on the WMS system.
- Arrange inspection activities with the relevant authorities.
- Monitor the progress of daily tasks and escalate issues to the Cold Store Manager as needed.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of product movement, including receipts, dispatches, and inventory updates.
- Prepare and distribute operational schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Communication :

Compliance Support :

Educational Requirements :

Experience :

Operations Management

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution
- Work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to co-create the regional operations strategy, based on a 1 to 3 year view of requirements.
- Work closely with the rest of the business to ensure the delivery of an integrated supply chain benefit and strategic target achievement.
- Drive the implementation of improvements in operating processes and systems to optimise warehouse and transport efficiencies.
- Determine operational capacity requirements across both the medium and the long term and plan required asset utilisation and capex requirements accordingly.
- Use growth and investment opportunities to ensure warehouse design and flow are optimised.
- Stay abreast of latest international trends by visiting facilities (local and international) and integrating best practice into future solutions.
- As a central point of the supply chain, identify supply chain bottle necks and opportunities and develop solutions through collaboration with all relevant parties in the business.
- Constantly monitor and drive the achievement of multi-depot strategic and operational targets.
- Ensure the agreed operational targets are achieved through team targets and that these targets align cross-functionally within the area of responsibility.
- Conduct weekly management meetings to address challenges, review performance and plan for future optimum performance.
- Maintain an accurate record of planning forecasts for the week before as well as a five-week future plan to enable accurate decision-making and longer-term planning.
- Integrate business systems successfully to support operational processes.
- Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of stock.
