Duties & Responsibilities- Modelling And Forecasting — Develop and manage resource model per plant / depot. Review the modelling and forecasting of people resource requirements in line with planned production and distribution activities.

Address discrepancies with the Depot, Master Data or Payroll teams. Collaborate with Distribution Centres and Production Plants to ensure optimal people deployment and execution.
