The most important part of your job is to smile, be friendly, make eye contact with the customer so that the customer feels heard and seen. Thereafter take the customer’s order and communicate the customer's order within the 3-station system. The customer should feel welcomed, seen and heard and thrilled to be here and happy to wait. Managing your float, operating the POS system and clearly communicating with the team is a vital part of this job description.

- Ensure POS and iPad is always charged and operational.
- Adhere to a checklist for start, middle and end of the day and make process improvement suggestions.
- Help with optimal operation of the shop at all times, even if that means working outside of your role for the good of the overall.
- Contribute to a high energy environment and vibe in the shop.
- It's important that all checklists for your role are always followed.
One week on-site training and refresher training as systems are upgraded.
