Organize and facilitate training staff to deliver and analyze DASH BPO approved training programs.

This includes new hire and developmental training, covering systems, policies, procedures, leadership standards, DASH and industry guidelines, and Microsoft programs, depending on programs and initiatives.

Essential Functions :

2. Lead new hires during training and their initial employment period, ensuring all associates' tasks and responsibilities meet DASH and client standards and expectations.
3. Submit productivity reports, new hire training surveys, and new hire performance evaluations.

5. Participate in projects conducted by the training department.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
7. Understand and apply principles of adult learning to training development and delivery.

Qualifications :

• Related degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
