Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor junior accountants in the team

Qualifications and Experience

• A qualified CA(SA), CGMA, or CFA
• 4-8 years total experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a practice environment, that specializes in accounting and not only audit.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Proficient in cloud-based accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, SAGE Online etc.)
• Tech-forward, adaptable, and comfortable in a high-paced remote work environment.

This role will require an individual with a passion for accounting practices, economic principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations, and auditing practices.

1. Manage the financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing, and other accounting functions for the organization.
