In your role as participating team lead you are the voice of the client. Are you passionate about Sustainability and looking to make an impact?   • Knowledge of Finance, Investments and Retirement Planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Relevant industry qualifications such as CFP or FAIS an advantage

Vanaf februari 2026 zijn wij op zoek naar een Assistent Accountant voor onze samenstelpraktijk in Venlo. In deze rol leer je snel zelfstandig werken, maar zonder dat we je in het diepe gooien. Je maakt vanaf dag één onderdeel uit van ons samenstelteam. Samen met je collega’s vorm je een sterk, dynamisch en enthousiast team dat zich richt op innovatie, kwaliteit en groei.

Jij bent een enthousiaste starter die graag bijdraagt aan het leveren van kwaliteit en continu wilt leren en ontwikkelen. Je analyseert financiële gegevens van klanten en stelt jaarrekeningen samen. Je neemt liever initiatief dan af te wachten en stelt liever een vraag te veel dan te weinig. Fijn als je daar de ruimte voor krijgt.

Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor een deel van de cliëntenportefeuille, maar met de support van collega’s zodat je het vak goed kunt leren. Samen werk je aan het verwerken van administraties, het opstellen van financiële rapportages en het adviseren van klanten. In Venlo krijg je de kans om te werken met een gevarieerd klantenpakket, waardoor je brede ervaring opdoet binnen het vakgebied.
