Job Purpose
Frontline sales person responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability target established by the BU A&SC Automotive within the assigned sales area by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers
Key Accountabilities
Proactively informs the upper management about the required sales support level (including marketing, technical, logistics and control) and cooperates in and coordinates the implementation of the defined activity.
- Systematically up-dates CRM with valid, accurate and complete customer-related information
- Has expert knowledge on the features and benefits of available products / services.

- Assisting in the operation of allocated commercial stores.
- Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required.
- Control and monitoring of companies Fixtures.
- Monitoring of stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets. Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager.
- Ensure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores. Responsible for ordering and follow-up of all Seasonal and Everyday stock.
- Evaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with SAG monthly targets.
- Implement store disciplines as stipulated in companies Show file.
- Adhere to and implement company’s procedures as stipulated in the company’s Procedure manual.
- Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager. Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required.
- Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.
- Advise line manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence.
- Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems – all in conjunction with the Line manager.
- Ensure that staff adhere to all company’s procedures and requirements as specified in the company’s Sales procedure manual and Show file.
- Incumbent to perform other duties as may be required from time to time
