Job Summary
The Marketing Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns to grow the Octotel brand, engage communities, and support our Internet Service Provider (ISP) partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organised individual with a keen interest in the telecommunications and ICT space.
Job Duties
- Campaign and Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and out-of-home.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for our social media channels, website, blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing: Monitor and update Octotel's social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance. Assist with website updates and maintenance.
- Event and Community Management: Co-ordinate logistics for local community activations, trade shows, and other events. This includes managing event supplies, liaising with vendors, and supporting the on-site execution.
- Partner and Stakeholder Communication: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials to our ISP partners and other key stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing calendars, budget tracking, and vendor relationships.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist with the design and production of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and branded merchandise.
- Research: Conduct research to devise innovative and improved marketing strategies for brand promotion as well as any other research that may be required.
- Education: Diploma in Marketing, PR and Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing coordination or a similar role in the ISP/FNO industry.
