Responsibilities Digital Support (Website, App, South Pole, Social Media, Emailers, Database)
  • Manage website and app backends, such as uploading products, stores, and keeping banners relevant

General Admin Coordination Support to the Team
  • Help execute marketing plans that include print and online content
  • Support the team by coordinating and collating content and tasks
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
  • Assist with ROGZ including YEF, birthday, special occasions, and company updates
  • Organise event logistics including tradeshows and market days, and manage pull-up banners, catalogues, and other collateral
  • Maintain organisation of office spaces and areas, including Marketing storage and noticeboard communications
  • Organise itineraries and events for inbound visitors
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years work experience or intern experience working as a coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Operate as a high performing team member

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Power Point

The Growth Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving member acquisition, retention, and ROI through multi-channel marketing campaigns. This hands-on position requires an individual who can plan, execute, and optimize growth-focused campaigns while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics, with a growth mindset aimed at continually refining strategies. You’ll be responsible for managing campaign performance, budget tracking, and reporting, while also contributing to refining processes for better efficiency. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about using data-driven marketing to drive impact in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage acquisition-focused marketing campaigns across diverse channels including email, digital ads, affiliates, influencer marketing, and content marketing. Impact key Growth Marketing KPIs such as member acquisition, retention, and campaign ROI. Assist in crafting campaign tactics and content to boost member activation and retention. Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and optimization recommendations. Draft growth projections, establish goals, and track key benchmarks for specific initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation. Contribute to workflow and process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency. Experience 2 to 4 years of recent experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role. Proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, ideally marketing to doctors, is a plus. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Fluency in a European language is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
