Reporting to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Small Business customers and Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners. Working closely with global marketing, PR & comms, creative teams, as well as sales and operations teams and external agencies, you’ll deliver on the regional marketing plan.
You will work with stakeholders across the business to develop and implement marketing activity ranging from tactical initiatives to multi-channel campaigns to effectively achieve the business’ brand and commercial goals, reporting against KPIs. You’ll work with our Brand team to drive awareness and consideration of Xero, whilst supporting both regional and global teams across Xero to deliver beautiful experiences for our customers. Youʼll be a collaborative problem solver, who thrives on working with a variety of teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll doCampaigns Marketing:
- Support the development of regional marketing plans and strategies, with responsibility for strategically important activity
- Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel campaigns, incorporating digital marketing, content marketing, email, TV, BVOD, Radio, OOH, direct mail, events, PR/comms, sales enablement, education and other relevant channels
- Support Enterprise partners with tailored marketing activities
GTM Initiatives
- Working in partnership with Product Marketing to take new products, features and value propositions to market. Defining activity, timelines, segmentation and messages.
Measuring Performance:
- Embed measurement and optimisation into your campaign activity, seeking continuous improvement
- Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure Marketing generated opportunities and opportunities to optimise performance are acted upon

Tracking performance metrics, generate reports, and present results to Management.
Campaign Management :
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online, offline, and events) to promote project, property and a group of companies.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials including brochures, websites, advertisements, social media content etc.
Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and results.
Brand Positioning and Messaging :
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms for various projects.
Develop compelling content and narratives that communicate the unique selling points of the real estate brand.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging content.
Lead Generation and Sales Support :
Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads through targeted marketing efforts.
Drive maximising of lead conversion ratios for property viewings and sales.
Coordinate the development of sales tools, such as templates, presentations and pitch materials, that help close sales.
Coordinate with operations teams on property viewings, open houses, and other client-facing events.
Digital Marketing :
Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization, social media, and all other marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring it effectively showcases the brand, the agents and properties effectively.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate with internal departments & agents to craft property marketing plans that drive engagement & sales, ensuring marketing efforts align with project timelines and objectives.
Build relationships with external agencies, media, and industry partners to leverage cross-promotion opportunities.
Job requirementsEducation :
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience :
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing within real estate is beneficial and
A minimum of 2+ years’ Lead experience within target driven environment.
Strong understanding of housing market trends, buyer behaviour and conducting thorough Comparative Market Analysis.
Experience managing marketing campaigns.
Proficient in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content management systems (CMS).
Experience with regulatory compliance obligations for PPRA and FICA
