We are seeking an Experienced Digital Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of the UK market to lead, manage, and grow the online presence of multiple brands within the group.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of paid and organic growth strategies, content creation, and brand consistency across channels. Success will be measured by tangible outcomes: increased reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement multi-channel digital strategies tailored to each brand.
- Manage campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email, and content marketing .
- Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on ROI.
- Create engaging social media and website content aligned to the brand voice and audience.
- Manage website performance, ensuring SEO best practices and a strong user experience.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance; optimise based on data insights.
- Build and maintain brand consistency across platforms and regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, architecture, interiors) to align marketing with business goals.
- Keep abreast of UK market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activity .
- 5–10 years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven results.
- Strong exposure to the UK market (direct role experience or freelance portfolio).
- Track record of paid and organic campaign success (portfolio or case studies required).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools .
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

Your Mission:
We are seeking an Affiliate & PR assistant to work alongside our PR, Affiliate & ATL Manager to support with the recruitment and management of the our clientaffiliate programme. You will be looking after predominantly our Editorial Content and Social Content relationships.
In this role you will both oversee your own roster of current partnerships, as well as manage a pipeline of new partnerships. - With our AWIN Network team, you will identify and grow new affiliates onto the our clientprogramme whilst maintaining careful management of our existing content and social affiliate partners, both by responding to inbound requests and actively providing them all collateral they need to grow on the clients affiliate programme.
- Regular analysis and monitoring ROIs of exposures secured with new and existing partnerships, using both our internal reporting and our external network reporting and presenting back results to stakeholders.

Technical Skills required:
- Previous experience with developing marketing partnerships. Ideally the candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in affiliate marketing, specifically in the UK affiliate space. (Essential)
- Excellent written skills, a keen eye for detail with perfect grammar. Ideally has experience writing content (paid or unpaid) for a digital audience. Previous press release writing experience a bonus. (Essential)
- Is a self-starter with strong communication, project management, and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
