We’re hiring a Senior Content & Campaigns Marketing Lead to own and execute our lifecycle content strategy. This includes everything from planning editorial calendars to shipping high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, and paid social. You'll manage production of copy, visuals, and video—while keeping everything on track, on brand, and performance-optimized. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a 90-day content calendar spanning email, in-app messaging, and paid remarketing

  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to align messaging with feature launches and business goals

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in content-driven marketing roles with lifecycle or campaign ownership

  • Strong portfolio of email, video, and visual content that contributed to measurable marketing goals

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or HighLevel for launching and tracking campaigns

  • Proficiency with Canva/Figma, CapCut or Adobe, and Sheets for reporting

  • Experience managing editorial calendars and junior marketers or freelancers

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

We’re hiring a strategic and execution-focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead content strategy, community engagement, and digital growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the brand’s voice online, grow its audience, and build a scalable marketing engine. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to connect with U.S. consumers through content and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content-led digital marketing strategy focused on growth and customer engagement

Own and manage all social media channels, content calendars, and campaign development

Drive SEO performance and optimize website content for user experience and conversion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase customer success stories, educational content, and platform updates

Track and analyze digital campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy

Stay up to date with U.S. housing trends, digital marketing best practices, and consumer behavior

Work with creative contractors (e.g., designers, video editors) to bring campaigns to life

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a U.S.-focused B2C or marketplace company

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Deep understanding of content marketing , brand voice development, and social media strategy

Highly organized and self-directed, with experience owning strategy and execution

Familiarity with the U.S. home improvement or housing market is a plus (or a fast learner in this space)
