    The Digital Content and Post Producer will provide essential support to the Senior Digital Content Producer, in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of digital integrated productions This role involves supporting in managing production schedules, negotiating with suppliers, supervising a team of content creators, and staying at the forefront of AI advancements, digital trends, and post-production technologies. The ideal candidate has an innovative mindset and excels at managing multiple productions, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional content across various platforms.

    Key duties and responsibilities

    1. General Management Support

      • Support the digital content and post-production teams, in managing workflows to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced on time.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, AI technologies, and digital trends to optimize workflows and introduce new innovations.
      • Foster a collaborative, dynamic working environment where team members can thrive.
      • Ensure timely execution of all deliverables, adhering to project deadlines and maintaining clear communication between departments.
      • Monitor production timelines, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

    2. Production and post management support

      • Assist in managing digital content production, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking milestones.
      • Support and assist in post-production activities such as editing, audio, and VFX, ensuring all work meets technical specifications and deadlines.
      • Ensure adherence to media supply requirements, technical specifications, and digital content post-production workflows.
      • Track progress and troubleshoot any issues throughout the production and post-production phases.

    3. Financial management support

      • Assist in managing production budgets, invoicing & purchase order management, and ensuring the efficient use of resources & the production remains within financial limits.
      • Negotiate contracts with vendors, cast, freelancers, and third-party suppliers, optimising cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
      • Monitor and reconcile project costs while seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

    4. Creative management support

      • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment between production plans and creative vision.
      • Assist in reviewing creative materials to confirm compliance with technical specifications and broadcast standards.
      • Help ensure seamless integration of creative feedback during production.

    5. Relationship/interpersonal management support

      • Build effective relationships with vendors, freelancers, and other partners, ensuring strong collaborations.
      • Communicate effectively with internal digital content teams, delivering clear feedback and managing expectations.
      • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure a smooth, cohesive workflow.

    6. Management support duties

      • Help in the coordination of digital content team meetings, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
      • Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Content Producer, including administrative tasks and project updates.
      • Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient production environment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Technical skills and knowledge

      • Intermediary experience in managing post-production workflows and ensuring adherence to digital specs and media requirements.
      • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital deliverables, and content specifications.
      • Competence with key Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
      • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high quality.
      • Up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements and a passion for incorporating new technologies into production.
      • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
      • A team player who leads by example and fosters a culture of collaboration.

    Required experience

      • Tertiary Qualification in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
      • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Digital Media Producer within an advertising or production agency.
      • Basic knowledge of digital content production and post-production scheduling processes.
      • Basic experience producing web and mobile content (advantageous).
      • Familiarity with AI advancements, media supply requirements, and digital deliverables.
      • Proven expertise in digital trafficking (advantageous).
      • Familiarity with AI advancements in media, digital trends, and new technologies impacting broadcast production.
