Main Purpose

To deliver defined Distribution Centre (DC) Supply Chain operations cost effectively and within agreed service levels through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence and provide input to the development of the Business Unit’s (BU’s) 1-year operating plan, budget and scorecard and ensure delivery thereof

• Manage the Supply Chain Operations’ EE targets, integrated performance management, talent management, succession planning, reward, recognition and employee relations in line with business requirements
• Manage and adhere to Woolworths’ Supply Chain & Logistics policies, procedures and corporate governance principles
• Conduct benchmarking and implement continuous improvement projects
