- To participate in Wowing our internal customer through the accurate and timely allocation of work to the showroom administration team and tracking of the same thereby allowing management access to the right information in a timely manner to effectively manage performance.

Operations Administration
- Engage with the showroom regional managers and showroom managers to understand and set out stock related priorities for the day / week etc and assignment of tasks as per priority.
- Engage with showroom manager to understand resource allocations for various tasks to ensure work is distributed appropriately.
- To actively engage with the showroom manager / Stockroom clerk to plan and produce a daily forecast work plan for the next day based on tasks and priorities and ensure daily goals are established at a person and task level.
- Track operational metrics eg Count progress / Liquidation during execution of task and escalate problematic performance to line manager.
- Manage timelines for counts and liquidation controls
- Follow ups on Liquidation with the Courier to ensure delivery of ALL stock handed over to coutier by showroom arrives at DC.
- Executes ad hoc tasks as per the business requirements.
- Manage ageing of all tasks created by Inventory department and ensure all items closed within SLA.
- Gain a high level of process and system knowledge to perform 1st line of troubleshooting for staff.
- Act as escalation point for all system related issues to WMS analyst and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Provide data and or reporting for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements.
- Monitors the Showroom inventory team and individual outputs in order to maximise the efficiency of the department.
Administration
- Timely and accurate administration of all departmental trackers pertaining to people and operational process.
- These include but are not limited to attendance, absenteeism, leave registers, departmental data capturing eg performance, efficiency, effectiveness etc.
- Provide data and or reporting for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements.
- Records minutes and manages closure for minutes within agreed timelines.
- Provide inputs for the line manager for signing off of time sheets.
Health & Safety
- Identify all existing and new hazards and take all practicable steps to eliminate, isolate or minimise the exposure to any significant hazards.

About the Role:
Were looking for a hands-on, experienced Operations and Supply Chain professional to help manage our global manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationships. Reporting to the COO, this role plays a key part in getting our products from concept to customer efficiently and reliably. This person will become the official site representative to all regulatory bodies. We prefer someone with a relevant degree or a high-level diploma.
Location: Muizenburg, Cape Town
What Youll Do:
- Help plan and run supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
- Lead new product introductions (NPI) and support scaling up manufacturing.
- Oversee validation work on new equipment and contribute to regulatory documents.
- Work closely with suppliers to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage change processes (ECRs/ECNs), technical documentation, and quality compliance.
- Handle global logistics: shipping, customs, warehousing, and stock levels.
- Coordinate production, inventory, and distribution planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support product launches and audits.
- Support project teams and provide performance updates (KPIs).
