Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans and strategies to showcase products effectively and drive sales.

- Collaborate with store management to understand product assortment, sales goals, and customer demographics.
- Utilize space efficiently to maximize product visibility and accessibility.

Requirements:
- 3+ years management or leadership experience.
- 5+ years proven experience with visual merchandising and display in a Corporate Retail environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing Visual Merchandising for at least 20 Stores.
- Experience working in a Retail Store environment highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to balance creative merchandising with business
- Have a valid RSA driver's license, a fully functional motor vehicle and an up-to-date passport.
- Ability to travel Nationally

The Role

Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute VM event set-ups and new store openings
Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer
