MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Associate¿s degree in occupational therapy plus two 8-week internships in specialty area. * Some experience related to skills above preferred. * Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant. * Driver¿s license. * Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Utah.
