Our client is looking for an experienced Consignment Stock runner for Government Hospitals in the Gauteng area. An Equity candidate would be preferred. Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
Area of Responsibility Visiting designated government hospitals to ensure smooth processes for payment receipt;Monitoring and following up on the movement of documents and invoices within the hospital system;Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital staff to facilitate efficient processes;Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may hinder payment processing;Providing regular updates to the Financial Manager and Group Inventory Supervisor on progress and challenges;Adhering to company policies and procedures;Follow up on missing inventory;Liaise with hospital Stock Controllers, company Stock Controllers and Sales Consultants on missing inventory;Collate relevant paperwork related to missing inventory.RequirementsExperience required
Knowledge of government procurement processes;Experience in the healthcare industry;Direct dealing with customers will be an advantage;Previous credit management experience would be highly beneficial;Syspro knowledge would be beneficial.Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement;Financial background would be beneficial.2 years experience in a similar positionValid Driver’s license and own transport requiredSkills and Competencies

JOB SUMMARY:
Manage brand activation in hospital and government channel. The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for the development, collaboration, implementation, and accountability of strategic and operational execution and activation plans to grow the brand in the said channels.
Key objective is to drive profitability, market share, and revenue growth for the brand portfolio in the short and long term. This role requires meticulous planning and flawless execution in coordination with the across the BUs to drive the brand agenda in hospital and government accounts/customers.
The PM will be SPOC for all channel activation plans like IMMAST/TRAINING initiatives brand-led execution customers.
The Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and leverages market intelligence to drive marketing strategy implementation and ensure effective execution.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for end to end execution of all strategic and operational plans in hospital and government customers which drives SUN and brands market share and revenue growth for a brand portfolio in the short and long term. Applicant to lead various assignments to help the BU meet overall BU business goals
- Development of activation and other promotional plans for Sun and brands portfolio to support the customer’s need
- Ensuring sales & marketing strategy implementation through hospital & government sales force connect
- Market intelligence through primary research and customer connect
- Providing training, product knowledge, and direction to the field sales team to ensure that they are well-equipped with scientific and communication skills both
- To work with cross-functional teams for impactful planning of channel activation plans
- Working with respective brand teams and share channel insights with them so that they can devise plans/strategies for their product range in line with customer strategy to grow faster than market
- SWOT analysis of customer as well as assortment (strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats) and guiding sales team to tap the opportunities and growth in the product sale
- Working with respective brand teams to create brand inputs for promotion like VA, LBL, Newsletter, flipcharts, or digital campaigns etc.
- Basis the requirements, coordinate with multiple stakeholders to conduct meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences, and ensuring brand visibility in the target audience segment of the pharmaceutical industry, which are healthcare professionals and hospitals
- Motivating sales team members by organizing training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs
- Help respective BU brand teams in the process of forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, new product pre-launch and launch strategy and post-launch, new initiatives for product growth strategy
- Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm & MBA
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Pharma industry/ Product Knowledge
- Data management and Analytical skills
- Market research and intelligence to tap competitor analysis
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams
