Production duties:
Brief suppliers on printing specs, grammage of paper, and quantities, request three different printers to get competitive costings.
Brief promotional suppliers on promotional items
Source suppliers when a specific design is presented to manufacture.
Raise cost estimates on Chase on all briefs submitted by client service department.
Raise a budget estimates when necessary for a big campaign for clients on Chase
Raise Purchase orders against Cost estimates and mail to suppliers.
Send the Purchase order with repro artwork to suppliers.
Circulate printers proofs to relevant creative for approval and mail them or arrange collection to the supplier in time to proceed with the print
Check on printing or outwork jobs to ensure that delivery timings are kept.
Ensure that production samples are received from printers on all jobs.
Once the supplier invoice comes in or prints the order and ensure that the printer invoiced the correct amount
Deliver finished products to client or co-ordinate this process.
Update production job status regarding delivery and send to Client service and Finance team.
Assist with filling out tender documents and binding.
Follow up with suppliers on the invoice for the month to ensure finance get all invoice to be captured for the month.
Pull recon report from Chase on paid media jobs every 3 months when required.
Co-Ordinate photoshoots, book studio or location, photographer, videographer, make-up artist, stylist, models etc.
Arrange catering for photoshoots work within specific budgets.
Flight and accommodation bookings for models / shoot crew.
Source and book Voice over artists with recording studio for radio adverts
