We’re looking for an ultra-organised, proactive Production Assistant to support our Production Manager and creative operations lead in keeping our studio humming across projects, departments, and deadlines. If you love the feeling of checking things off a to-do list, streamlining information between people, and making sure teams are unblocked and up to speed, this role is for you!
You’ll be the right hand to our Production Manager, helping manage our schedules, prep meetings, update Trello boards, support production reviews, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your work will directly support the teams behind our most exciting work– in 3D, VR, App Development, and immersive storytelling.
Bonus superpower: If you’re familiar with creative production pipelines (like 3D, Dev, or XR), you’ll bring even more value by understanding the flow of work between departments from the get-go.

What you will do:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Production Support (60%)
- Prep agendas, run stand-ups & internal meetings, and take notes;
- Follow up on action items after meetings;
- Help facilitate and track creative reviews, inserting notes and actions into Trello;
- Maintain and update team schedules daily across our different departments;
- Conduct daily progress check-ins with team members;
- Monitor milestone progress and prep reviews in time;
- Support Trello board hygiene and support cross-department workflows;
- Collate questions and blockers for the Production Manager to address;
Admin and documentation (25%)
- Monitor resource allocation and flag anomalies;
- Support with the maintenance of production documentation;
- Ensure company protocols are followed and documented;
- Support with project debriefs;
- Support on- and offboarding of staff;
Special Projects and assistance (15%)
- Support live events and on-site productions as a Production Assistant;
- Coordinate online IP listings;
- Research field experts, science advisors, and training opportunities for team development;

Day-to-day support
- Assist the production manager in coordinating daily workshop activities

- Shadow the production manager to understand all aspects of production management
