Position Summary
Plant Manager is responsible for all aspects of running the plant. He / she is responsible for the timely delivery of services and products that meet the Customer needs whilst ensuring strict adherence to Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements. The Plant Manager is responsible for staff and for the site at which they work. He / she must manage the unit in order to maximise the effective use of labour, equipment and other resources, in order to meet budget and meet Customer service expectations and contractual requirements.
The Plant Manager is responsible for :
- Effective risk management, security and health and safety
- Human resources and all staff working directly or indirectly below him / her
- Production, and the timely delivery of all products and services
- Quality assurance
- Compliance to internal and external procedures, legislation and regulatory governance

- Report any conditions that may affect safety of personnel or machinery to supervisors and management.
- Production items and deadline on safety report needs to be maintained and reported on.
Environment and Sustainability:
