Purpose of Job
To participate in and complete the Learnership programme for the designated field of expertise.
ProgrammeThe 12-month programme will offer a theoretical element aligned to an NQF Learnership programme and practical on site work experience to improve entry-level learners' skills and workplace performance. It provides foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles.
It is suitable for Grade 12 qualified persons to develop essential professional skills. Learners will provide administrative support during the practical component to improve the effectiveness of managers and the departments in general as work readiness preparation.
The theoretical component will cover: Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills and Computer Skills.
Additional Exposure- Learners will be exposed to providing learner support, conducting awareness presentations, conducting research and track client’s progress towards individual goals.

- Communication Facilitation between employees services providers, and the Well-being team, and Keeping employees informed about upcoming well-being initiatives, events, and available resources.
