Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with OHS Act, Pressure Equipment Regulations, and ISO standards (, , )
- Plan and manage capital replacement projects, from design to handover
- Oversee pressure piping inspection programmes and improve equipment reliability
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance strategy and root cause analysis

- Control maintenance budgets and supervise third-party service providers
- Ensure QA / QC processes are followed across all maintenance activities
- Support the implementation of a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) system

- Proven experience in project management and equipment condition monitoring
- Strong understanding of piping systems and applicable standards
- Familiarity with CMMS, maintenance planning, and reliability systems
- Excellent knowledge of pressure equipment regulations and root cause analysis tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and develop technical documentation
