- Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and system-level trade-offs.
- Produce detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Support the testing, validation, and verification of prototypes and final systems.
- Interface with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related discipline).
- 3+ years of experience in land systems, defence, automotive, or heavy vehicle design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, and Siemens NX).
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.
- Experience with military standards, survivability, mobility, and human factors considerations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in working with tracked or wheeled military vehicles.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, MIL-STD-810, or DEF-STAN standards.
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing, FEA, or CFD analysis.
