Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager located in Burgersford. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at the mining site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and mining activities are conducted efficiently and sustainably. Responsibilities include managing site staff, overseeing equipment maintenance, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Site Manager will also be responsible for reporting on site performance and implementing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in Site Management, including overseeing daily operations and safety protocols
- Knowledge of mining operations, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Skills in staff management, coordination with departments, and performance reporting
