Job Overview: Spectrum One is seeking a highly experienced candidate for the role of FTTH Supervisor, specifically with expertise in Aerial Fibre (Overhead) Installations for Openserve FTTH projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the rollout of FTTH projects in a supervisory capacity and be knowledgeable about Openserve M&Ps related to both underground and overhead fibre installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and supervise the installation and rollout of Openserve FTTH projects, focusing on aerial fibre installations (overhead).
  2. Ensure compliance with Openserve M&Ps for fibre installations.
  3. Manage and coordinate subcontractor teams effectively.
  4. Monitor and ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on-site.
  5. Be available to work remotely for extended periods when required by the project.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in the rollout of Openserve FTTH projects, with a strong focus on aerial fibre installations.
  2. Solid understanding of Openserve M&Ps for FTTH fibre installations (underground and overhead).
  3. Experience managing subcontractor teams.
  4. Own a 100% roadworthy vehicle with tyres no older than 5 years and equipped with airbags.
  5. Preferably, the candidate should have valid HSE training in HIRA, OSHACT, and Defensive Driving (training will be provided if not currently certified).
  6. Willingness to work remotely for extended periods as required by the project.
