Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: August 25th, 2025 - November 25th, 2025 (3 months contract)

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join their team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Figma and a proven ability to deliver innovative, user-centric designs that elevate digital experiences. This role involves working on a project to migrate existing content into new page templates while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and CI standards.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into seamless, intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop high-level design concepts by creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design solutions.
  • Drive design innovation by applying strategic thinking to craft engaging, visually impactful interfaces aligned with brand and usability principles.
  • Leverage insights and data through user research and usability testing to validate concepts and optimize the overall user journey.
  • Maintain consistency in design systems, styles, and component libraries.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design principles are applied across all outputs.
  • Support development teams with design assets, specifications, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in UI, UX, or product design (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, wireframing, and design system management.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present design concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with Developers.
  • Experience working on e-commerce, fintech, or insurance-related platforms is an advantage.
