The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexity. Qualification & Experience
• Grade 12 – essential
• 4 years outbound/ Inbound experience – essential
• 3 years Team Leader/leadership experience – Non negotiable
• Proficient in English – essential (writing, reading, speaking)
• Bi-lingual – advantage (writing, reading, speaking)
• Computer literate - MS Office, especially Excel – essential
• Regulatory Exam and NQF 5 FAIS credits
• BCOMM or related degree will be advantageous
