This position reports to the relevant BI Manager.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Lead BI analytical projects as part of the implementation of new BI software tools and systems (Google Big Query, Looker).
  • Work on highly complex, cross-functional, and enterprise BI solutions.
  • Evaluate internal and external stakeholder needs in order to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in the planning process, technical design, development and testing of BI solutions.
  • Provide input to the development of information quality metrics.

  • In the event that a candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Diploma (in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management), an equivalent experience requirement must be met, which equates to a minimum of 8 years of Business Analysis or related technical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience using BI reporting tools (e.g. Looker, QlikView, Tableau, Microsoft BI, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years SQL experience.
  • Minimum 3 years Data Warehousing experience.
  • High proficiency in working with large data sets and business models.
  • Retail or e-commerce industry experience beneficial.
  • Knowledge of one or more business functional areas.
  • Python Experience would be advantageous.

Summary

Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication - Respond.io
  • Manage all inbound messages via WhatsApp, website chat, and social platforms using Respond.io.
  • Respond to clients professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's brand voice.
  • Issue quotes, images, product links, voice notes, and invoices directly through chat when required.
  • Follow up with clients who have not completed their purchases.
  • Record and tag all interactions accurately for reporting purposes.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved queries to relevant departments.
  • Ensure no chat or customer lead is left unattended.
Sales Support - General
  • Create and send quotes and invoices based on Respond.io conversations.
