Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across Takealot, Makro, and Amazon.
- Monitor and improve account health metrics such as returns, cancellations, and reviews.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and disputes as per platform guidelines.
- Analyze sales performance and create reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with each marketplace's policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing accounts on Takealot, Makro, and/or Amazon (minimum 1 year).
