• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production timelines.
• Evaluate and improve inventory management processes to minimize waste and maximize product availability.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure the smooth flow of products from production to customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead a team of supply chain and planning professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and planning, preferably in the food production industry.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Factory Scheduling, Demand Planning, and Capacity Planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound decisions to improve supply chain performance.
• Experience in Syspro and Microsoft Office Suite.
