Our large Pinetown food manufacturing and packing client requires a Supply Chain Manager to lead, develop, and optimise all aspects of the supply chain, across four operational sites. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and will be expected to deliver strategic and operational leadership across the supply chain to meet business objectives.
Position infoEducation and Experience:

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned to operational and financial targets

- Monitor and improve FMX Driver Behaviour, ensuring OHS compliance and efficient PIT (Power Industrial Truck) utilisation.
- Manage PIT maintenance within budget.
People & Performance Management
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, driving upskilling and succession planning. Ensure adequate cover for staff out of office.
- Set and monitor KPIs.
- Support staff to achieve targets in EBITDA, PVA, labour utilisation, Cost, OHS, and other performance metrics.
