A well-established, owner-run business supplying quality goods to both retail and trade clients. The operation combines production, sales, and distribution under one roof and is now looking for someone hands-on and detail-focused to help tighten financial controls and bring structure to stock management. It’s a practical, grounded environment where accuracy, reliability, and initiative are valued more than corporate formality.

ROLE OVERVIEW: This role combines finance support with stock management oversight. Comfortable working in a small, owner-run business. Ideal Profile This role suits someone who: Enjoys both finance and operations. Has the accuracy of a bookkeeper and the curiosity of a stock auditor. Is dependable, ethical, and eager to learn new systems. Sees this as a growth opportunity to move into a finance/operations leadership role over timeBenefitsBe part of a respected local business with a strong reputation for quality.
