We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join JTI as a Sales Associate within the Informal Trade sector. This role is key to executing trade objectives and developing effective Route-to-Market (RTM) models in township areas. You will work closely with internal teams and trade partners to deliver strong sales results and meaningful consumer engagement in your assigned territory.

Position

Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising in all assigned outlets.

Meet distribution and listing targets by negotiating key SKU placements.

Maintain product availability by supporting accurate and timely stock ordering.

Manage pricing execution to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Implement trade programs and promotions according to business objectives.

Build lasting relationships with trade partners and gather relevant market insights.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or trade/retail sales.
