We’re looking to hire a B2B Marketing Automation Associate who is excited to learn from smart people in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
In this role, your job is to ensure we’re maximizing every touchpoint in our marketing funnel to drive conversions. Your primary KPI? Advancing deals along the pipeline—improving booking rates, close rates, and overall deal velocity via email, sms and phone. You are NOT a BDR. We have an entire BDR/SDR team. Your job is to automate their job and make them do less and less.
This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience managing B2B lifecycle marketing and a passion for data, automation, and optimizing customer journeys. You must be proficient in HubSpot and skilled at running targeted campaigns that move prospects down the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
Own newsletter campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Collaborate with the team to develop compelling and engaging messaging that aligns with our brand voice.
Clearly define lifecycle stages and lead status to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
Track and optimize our calling efforts — caller ID, follow-up tracking, etc.
Contribute to the development of lifecycle marketing strategies that grow customer retention, ROI, and LTV.
Conduct A/B testing on your email/sms campaigns to optimize subject lines, engagement, open rates, and conversions.
Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics weekly .
Maintain and update performance dashboards with the latest data.
Map customer journeys in Miro and create visual workflows.
Work closely with sales to align lifecycle marketing efforts with pipeline goals.
Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and trigger-based automation to personalize outreach.
Optimize and refine existing lead nurture sequences to increase booking rates.
Drive experiments to improve email deliverability and response rates .
Manage AI-driven chatbot conversations and launch phone call campaigns (bonus, not required).

WEB-BOX provides websites and online marketing solutions to real estate agencies.
With over clients nationally, we have established ourselves as a major player in this market.
Our online marketing department offers Facebook, Google Search, Display, Remarketing ads, Google My Business, and custom SEO products for our estate agency clients. We are looking for a Head of Online to manage this department.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Online will be responsible for managing the online marketing department and supervising the Online Marketing Assistant.
Responsibilities:- Manage the online department and coordinate tasks to optimise performance and streamline processes.
- Ensure that the online products we provide to our clients are of a high standard.
- Manage KPIs, grow department revenue, expand the client base, and manage client expectations.
- Manage Facebook and Google clients, including setup and optimisation of accounts.
- Provide training on Google products as needed.
- Oversee online marketing of WEB-BOX's own products (Facebook, GMB, Instagram).
- Allocate and delegate tasks to the Online Marketing Assistant.
- Coordinate billing and manage financial aspects of marketing campaigns.
- Produce monthly reports analysing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist support and sales teams as needed.
- Drive online marketing sales campaigns with the sales team.
- Schedule and conduct weekly marketing meetings.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Facebook Ads.
- Experience in customer service and team management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Innovative and creative mindset.
- Problem solver with an interest in online internet marketing.
This role requires a minimum of 4 hours per day during office hours, with a hybrid working model.
Salary range: R10,000 - R25,000 per month (negotiable).
