Ignite Visibility, an award-winning US digital marketing agency is seeking a highly experienced SEO Manager to join our team. The SEO Manager is a mid-level SEO Campaign Manager who is responsible for creating and implementing SEO strategies for clients. The individual is a service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and will be in a supportive role to our SEO Strategist (pod leader) with SEO deliverables.

· Provide SEO support to an SEO Strategist
· Develop and manage content strategies tailored to each franchise.
· Oversee the implementation of linking strategies.
· Create and oversee organic search strategies for assigned clients
· Provide detailed site analysis and technical recommendations to improve organic visibility
· Assist with or create website SEO audits
· Identify new link-building opportunities and develop relationships for link building
· Assist with onboarding and implementation of new organic search clients
· Develop and streamline organic search processes to improve campaign performance
· Collaborate with account managers, project managers, and other departments to highlight the impact of organic search to clients
· Work across departments to strong understanding of organic SEO
· Ensure on-time, on-budget SEO deliverables; identify and resolve potential impediments or escalate as necessary
· Monitor and track campaign performance analytics based on client metrics
· Review rankings and link data against internal success measurements
· Review and help create monthly client reports, verify accuracy, and provide analysis
· Support account managers with data acquisition and campaign insights for business reviews
· Attend key account meetings as needed
· Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends
· Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting SEO strategist colleagues
Required Skills

You have extensive experience in optimizing websites in competitive industries, and will have many case studies to share with us. You'll use your skills to ensure the team develops and implements SEO strategies that hit the client revenue targets we have developed.
- Attend client meetings to support the lead strategist. You are very comfortable in client meetings, and have tons of experience in explaining complex issues to clients. You know when to let the lead strategist take charge, and when to step in to offer some support.
- Apply your advanced SEO skills to identify performance issues. Using your razor-sharp skills and tools (GA, GSC, GTM, SEMRush) you're easily able to slice and dice client website data to hone in on issues, and then assist the lead strategist to develop effective SEO strategies to claw back any lost ground. Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing specialist with solid experience in both PPC and SEO . This is not an agency management role; we want someone who can execute campaigns directly and drive measurable performance. The role also offers exposure to a variety of marketing and tech-related projects , so versatility and problem-solving ability are key.
Experience & Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in digital marketing (flexible, with preference for ambitious, growth-oriented candidates)
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and executing SEO strategies (technical + content)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report, track, and iterate campaigns for performance
Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working without heavy reliance on external agencies
