What You’ll Be Doing
SEO responsibilities
- Manage client websites from an SEO perspective, using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Analytics.
- Create reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
- Work with the Director to plan improvements to client performance.
Website responsibilities
- Write and update on-site elements such as image formats, meta descriptions, and page titles.
PPC responsibilities
- Set up PPC campaigns using Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse results and implement optimisations.
Strategic contributions
- Provide strategic and analytical input across SEO and PPC campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
SEO Expertise :
Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
Ability to conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Experience optimising on-site elements including meta tags, titles, image formats, and structured data.
PPC Knowledge :
Proven experience in setting up and managing PPC campaigns, ideally through Google Ads and Tag Manager.
Ability to analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement optimisations for ROI growth.
Analytical and strategic thinking :
Comfortable interpreting data and presenting actionable insights through reports and presentations.
Able to provide strategic input into both SEO and PPC campaigns, aligning recommendations with client goals.
Technical and digital fluency :
Competency with Google Workspace and Google Drive.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello is advantageous.
Soft skills and professionalism :
Strong attention to detail and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for client updates and reporting.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:
Client ownership: Be the go-to person for your clients. Take full ownership of your clients’ SEO performance by leading calls, sending sharp and insightful emails, and ensuring they understand exactly how we’re helping them grow their revenue.
Strategy and execution: Develop smart, revenue-focused SEO strategies that align with client goals; then direct the monthly plan of the work to ensure we’re driving measurable growth.
Client communication: Lead engaging client meetings (mostly via Zoom), simplify the complex, and deliver clear, actionable insights that make clients feel like their SEO is in a safe pair of hands
Reporting and analysis: Produce insight-driven monthly reports that go beyond data dumps, pulling out meaningful insights, wins, and next steps using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
Project management: Prioritise what actually moves the needle. Keep project milestones on track, and deliver within a budget.
AI and innovation: Test, learn, and experiment with AI tools that can level up our SEO processes and client results. Be part of our ongoing quest to stay ahead of how AI is changing digital marketing.
