Reporting and Optimization

  • Generate detailed reports highlighting campaign performance metrics, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs
  • Work with the data and insights team to better understand the data and create dashboards to assist with the ongoing management of them

Requirements

What you’ll need to do this role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar
  • 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads etc. and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.

Certifications (preferred but not required):

  • Google Ads Certification (Search or Display)
  • Meta (Facebook) Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional

  • Short courses in copywriting, content creation, or visual communication

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social scheduling

  • Strong copywriting and visual communication abilities
  • Basic design or layout skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) will be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and familiarity with platforms like Asana
