Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that will expand our reach, elevate our brand, and drive sales conversions. This role will focus on optimizing our digital presence across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, utilizing data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Define KPIs for SEO success, including traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
Create and maintain an SEO checklist of high-impact tasks to improve ranking and authority.
Develop content consolidation and keyword optimization plans to eliminate cannibalization and boost rankings.
Implement URL cleanup strategies and monitor recent Google AI updates to maintain ranking.
Use tools like GA4 to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
Content Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute a content strategy across blogs, social media, and website pages that aligns with SEO and brand goals.
Build out content campaigns that tell Talent Sam’s story and attract qualified leads.
PPC and Paid Social Campaigns
Develop and manage PPC and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact search terms.
Implement A/B testing to determine high-performing ad copy, landing pages, and other elements.
Optimize "buy intent" pages to increase organic ranking and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
Use data insights to improve strategy, refine campaigns, and enhance user experience.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify reach.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and social media.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
Proficient in SEO and PPC tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Exceptional project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic leadership, team management and delivery of the digital marketing plans in reshaping the customer user experience through their digital interaction with the company to achieve brand recognition, customer acquisition and growth, reactivation and retention. This will include overseeing the development, design and implementation of the central hospitality, gaming and annual event digital marketing plans for the business with the aim of optimising Sun’s digital online reputation, building competitive advantage and providing insights to support current and future Revenue Growth and Optimisation plans.
The role will need to create maximum engagement across digital consumer touch points, developing and integrating innovative marketing campaigns and content and developing customer-centric online marketing experiences to expand the company's online digital audience with the overall aim of promoting the company's online brand recognition and maximising the revenue potential for the business.
This will be done through collaborating with the Gaming and Hospitality segments and marketing teams, specialised functional areas and business support teams with the aim of improving growth and efficiencies through the use of digital tools and channels. The role will also be responsible for building talent and an engaged workforce in areas of digital marketing and optimisation to support the vision of the company.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Management in the Gaming and Hospitality segments, offer expertise and provide leadership around the planning, design and delivery of strategic digital marketing plans, frameworks and tools
- Oversee the effective development, maintenance and use of all digital channels (website, online booking engine, app, social, blogs, paid media)
- Research and benchmark trends in digital marketing to ensure Sun International’s online presence remains progressive, reflective of the brand and a leader in the industry

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Marketing Manager will design and implement a robust, insight-driven marketing strategy with a key focus on direct bookings and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on strategist who is equally comfortable with high-level planning and collaborating on execution with the Marketing Coordinator and external partners.
