POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Logistics
- Coordinate urgent tool/material dispatches to sites, including route planning
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation and delivery schedules
- Follow up with clients and teams on delivery status and approvals
- Ensure stock is correctly picked, packed, and dispatched on time
Stock Control
- Assist with regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages to procurement

- Follow up with draughtsman and clients for timely drawing approvals
- Arrange accommodation and living-out allowances for site teams
